PSI's innovative patented robotic tank cleaning and fluidization system


This "state-of-the-art" fully robotic tank cleaning system was developed to provide our customers with cost-effective removal and recovery of tank bottoms. The system provides for minimal worker exposure to harmful and toxic vapors as compared to the "old fashioned" labor intensive tank cleaning methods.

The robotic system provides for ease in complying with stringent OSHA "Confined Space Entry" regulations. This new and revolutionary system has been operating successfully since 1991.

FEATURES

Fluidization pump capable of operating at 300 psi @ 300 gpm
Four fully hydraulic auxillary circuits, each capable of approximately 32 gpm @ 2500 psi
Trailer or Skid Mounted
Stainless Steel Robotic Cannon will fold and fit through a 24" manway
Cannon is capable of tracking forward and backward
Cannon will rotate 360 degrees
Operated from a remote control unit
Equipped with 3" port, open impeller submersible hydraulic pump
Pump is capable of passing solids up to 2" in diameter
Shipped with all hoses necessary to operate the system
