PSI awarded BP blanket contract Petrochemical Services Inc. (PSI) has signed a blanket contract with BP America, Inc. The blanket contract names PSI a supplier of specialty services for all BP America's refining, petrochemical, pipeline and marketing facilities in the United States. BP America, Inc. has been a customer of PSI on a limited basis for several years, originally using PSI as a provider of tank-cleaning and waste-processing services, among others. The company's contract with BP America, Inc. follows the second full year of PSI's contract with ChevronTexaco, who named PSI sole supplier of on-site tank cleaning, separator cleaning, sludge processing, soil remediation and waste treatment services for 12 refineries and chemical plnts in the United States for a period of five years. PSI also recently completed its third contract year with the Motiva refinery in Port Arthur, Texas. Back To News Page
